Delivery Information
All orders are sent through PostNL, and include tracking. Should you want to pay a lower shipping rate (without tracking), it is possible, simply contact us. Once an order is shipped you will receive an email with a link to your tracking information.
Delivery times
We strive to send orders the next working day; however, please allow up to three working days in case any issues occur.
Within the Netherlands: 1-2 days from shipment
Within Europe: 3-5 days from shipment
Internationally: 5-7 days from shipment
By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package can get delayed, lost or damaged during delivery. It's your responsibility to contact and deal with the shipping company.
Returns
If you're not happy with the product you received, for any reason, please get in contact with us. Returns are at your own cost, and store credit will be given in return.
Due to the nature of the clothing, we do not offer refunds based on imperfections on the garments.
You can return the item(s) within 10 after receiving them. Store credit will be given within 5 days after us receiving the item(s).
Please make sure returns are properly packaged, as it is your responsibility that your order reaches us in good condition. We recommend keeping a proof of shipment from your postal service in case of disputes.
